Are there shipping costs?
For orders under €60, shipping costs are at your expense. We charge a contribution of €5.50 for shipping within the Netherlands and €9 for Belgium. This will be calculated at checkout.
For orders over €60, we offer free shipping throughout the Netherlands & Belgium.
Is returning free?
Returns are at your own expense.
For the Netherlands, the return shipping cost is €5.95, and for Belgium, it’s €8.95.
You can easily register your return via the returns page.
Returns sent back without being registered first will not be processed.
What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns are accepted provided the item(s):
- Are returned in their original, undamaged condition with all original tags/labels attached
- Are free from (smoke) odors, pet hair & laundry detergent
- Are free from marks or stains (such as deodorant)
- Are unworn
- Have only been lightly tested for fit, as you would in a store
Gym Dominators reserves the right to refuse or deduct from returns in the event of misuse, and is not liable
for any damage, theft, or loss of the product or packaging during the return process.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email correctly, please contact us via the contact page.
What should I do if a product is damaged?
Unfortunately, sometimes a product gets damaged during shipping or production.
Please send us a message true the contact page with a photo and your complaint.
We will contact you as soon as possible to work together on finding a suitable solution.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 22:30, we will get started right away. We generally ship your order on the next business day. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Do I always receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes, if you haven't received it, please be sure to contact us.
Did you receive the wrong item?
We apologize if you accidentally received the wrong item. This doesn't happen often, and we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please contact our customer service, and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link via email. This way, you can track when your order will be delivered.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
