Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you want to return the order. You can return an item to us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item(s) and packaging are returned in their original condition. Consult our FAQ page for the return conditions.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the item(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be credited.

The return costs from your home to us are for your own account. For the Netherlands, the return shipping cost is €5.95, and for Belgium, it is €8.95. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure it is well-packaged when returning.


Exceptions to Returns:

Socks: Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Caps: Due to hygiene reasons, caps cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Return:

Returning is easy via the steps below:

1. Register your return directly on our returns page, where you can easily submit your return and receive the necessary instructions.

2. Drop off your package at a PostNL parcel point within 14 days after registering your return.

3. After we have received your return, we will process and check your return within 10 working days.


Exchange:

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is by returning the one you have. The return costs are at your own expense. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
