It may happen that you want to return an order because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you want to return the order. You can return an item to us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item(s) and packaging are returned in their original condition. Consult our FAQ page for the return conditions.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the item(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be credited.

The return costs from your home to us are for your own account. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Returning is easy via the steps below:

1. Send us a message to and we will provide you with return instructions
2. After the return notification, hand in your package at a PostNL parcel point within 14 days.
3. After we have received your return, we will process and check your return within 10 working days.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. The return costs are at own expense. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
