Are there shipping costs?

Orders under €60 are subject to shipping costs. We charge a shipping contribution of €5.50 for the Netherlands and €9 for Belgium. This will be calculated at checkout.

For orders over €60, we offer free shipping throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return costs are €5.95 for the Netherlands and €8.95 for Belgium.

You can easily register your return via the return page.

Returns that are sent back without being registered first will not be processed.
What are the return conditions?

Our return policy allows you to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns are accepted provided that the item(s):

- Are returned in their original, undamaged condition with all original tags/labels attached

- Are free from (smoke) odors, pet hair, and detergent smells

- Are free from marks or other stains (such as deodorant marks)

- Have not been washed

- Have not been worn (lightly trying on the item is allowed, just as you would in a store)

Gym Dominators reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct costs in case of improper use of the product. Gym Dominators is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the product or packaging during the return shipment.
Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have not received this email, please contact us through the contact page.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a product gets damaged during shipping or production.

Please send us a message through the contact page with a photo of the damage and a description of your issue.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution together.
How long does it take to receive my order?

For orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) before 22:30, we will start processing your order immediately.

We generally ship your order on the next business day. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2–3 business days.
Will I always receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

Yes, if you have not received it, please make sure to contact us.
Did you receive the wrong item?

We apologize if you have accidentally received the wrong item. This does not happen often, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible.

To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you further.
Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. This allows you to track your order and see when it will be delivered.
How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
